  1. Wash and cut watermelon and pineapples.
  2. Peel off back of Banana and cut into small chunks.
  3. Wash and cut apples open, then remove seeds.
  4. All fruits should be washed and cut into small chunks, then put into the freezer for at least 6hrs to freeze (helps make a creamy well blended paste).
  5. Blend all fruits together (if too thick, add a little water) till thoroughly blended (don't remove the watermelon seeds but blend all together☝️).
