- You need 1/3 of medium sized watermelon.
- It's 1/2 of medium sizes pineapple.
- You need 1 of Green apple.
Trio Fruit smoothie step by step
- Wash and cut watermelon and pineapples.
- Peel off back of Banana and cut into small chunks.
- Wash and cut apples open, then remove seeds.
- All fruits should be washed and cut into small chunks, then put into the freezer for at least 6hrs to freeze (helps make a creamy well blended paste).
- Blend all fruits together (if too thick, add a little water) till thoroughly blended (don't remove the watermelon seeds but blend all together☝️).
