This Avocado Banana Smoothie was born out of my desire to make a green smoothie that had some personality. IE: wasn't actually made with "greens" but other ingredients to make it green! The smoothie contains a half avocado and full banana with chia seeds and milk. Benefits of avocado are such a big list.
